Gourmet Raw Trail Mix

Use all raw nuts and seeds for this recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup each:
- Pecans
- Almonds
- Peanuts
- Walnuts
- Brazil Nuts
- Cashews
- Raisins
1/2 cup each:
- Pumpkin (Pepitas)
- Sunflower Seeds
Preparation:
Mix all together and store in an air tight container or zip lock bag. Keep a zip lock with you for the occasions when you are out longer than planned and need something fast – it will help keep you out of the drive-through line at McDonalds.
*you can add soy nuts to this mixture to increase protein content if you like.
