Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 cups bow tie pasta, prepared according to package directions and cooled
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli, cut small
- 1 1/2 cups cauliflower, cut small
- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 4 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, diced (optional)
- 1 6oz can black olives, drained
- 1-2 cups Italian salad dressing (amount varies by preference)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well until all ingredients are coated with salad dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
