Pasta Salad

  • 3 cups bow tie pasta, prepared according to package directions and cooled
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli, cut small
  • 1 1/2 cups cauliflower, cut small
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 4 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/4 cup red bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced (optional)
  • 1 6oz can black olives, drained
  • 1-2 cups Italian salad dressing (amount varies by preference)

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well until all ingredients are coated with salad dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
