Green Smoothie

  • 1 medium, ripe banana
  • 1 pear or apple, cored and quartered
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberry, raspberry, blue berries, or blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 2 Tbsp Botanical Pharm® Green Powder
  • 2 cups water

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and liquefy until smoothie has even consistency. Adjust ingredients to suit your taste and be creative! Great Healthy Smoothie Recipe!
