Granola

GranolaIngredients:

  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butters of choice, i.e. almond, cashew, etc)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1/2 cup raw oats (or more, depending on preference)
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup currants
  • 1/8 cup hemp nuts

Preparation:

Stir peanut butter, honey, and flaxseed oil together until smooth and mixed thoroughly.  Add remaining ingredients and stir well until mixture is coated.

*you can add soy nuts to this mixture to increase protein if you like.
